The short version

This is a free platform for tracking adventures. Be cool, don't abuse it, and we'll all have a good time.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• One person per account. Don't share accounts.

Your content

• You own the photos, stories, and data you submit.
• By posting content publicly, you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
• Don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.

Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, or abusive behavior.
• No automated scraping or bulk data collection.
• No impersonation or misleading content.

The platform

• The service is provided "as is" with no warranties. We'll do our best to keep it running, but stuff breaks sometimes.
• We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Advertising

We may introduce advertising in the future. If we do, we'll keep it reasonable.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracker Platform and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
